Linerz Bump Cap Hat Inserts are foam and hard shell fused inserts that can be placed inside a hat or cap to provide protection against minor bumps, bruises, and abrasions. They can be trimmed to fit any hat or head size and are comfortable, lightweight, and well-ventilated.

Linerz Bump Cap Hat Inserts are a good option for those who need some extra protection while wearing a hat or cap, but do not require the full protection of a hard hat. They are a great choice for those who work in low - impact environments where hard hats are not required but some protection is still necessary.

Linerz Inserts have been making hat inserts for over 10 years. Linerz are the first universal, high-density foam, bump cap hat insert and hard-shell fused foam insert introduced back in 2003, and the very first hat insert to bridge the gap between industrial-type, bulky, plastic-based head protection and no head protection. Seeking a more streamlined and state of the art design, Linerz utilized new high-quality and environmentally friendly materials, and made it a focus to maximize ventilation: Linerz Inserts were armed to combat and reduce the dangers of the having substantial bump cap head protection partnered by the risk of overheating and heat stroke for high temp facilities and locations. Our patented Linerz design offers comfort and ventilation to keep your head cool as well as maximum versatility to provide an added layer in the protection against minor bumps and bruises. Our high quality, high density foam will create an added barrier that will aid in reducing the risk of injury.

Linerz Bump Cap Hat Inserts come in 4 different levels of protection and can be added to any hat. It is important to remember that for in order for there to be protection there needs to be room for the insert - in some cases you may have to go up a hat size to accommodate for the thickness of the insert. Once that is accomplished you will have a wonderful, customized solution for your light head protection needs.

Linerz are durable and last a long time. The protective liner is removable and cleans easily with a little soap and water, let air dry. As is the general nature of foam to degrade and lose its form over time, we suggest reviewing your Linerz regularly and replacing your insert every 1 - 2 yrs, or based on frequency of use.

Linerz can be trimmed to fit just about any style of hat: baseball hats, trucker hats, military hats, cowboy hats, newsboy hats, boonie hats, etc.

You may have to go up a size or two to accommodate for our thicker Linerz Inserts.

All orders will ship either USPS or Fedex. If you would like to use your FEDEX or UPS 3rd party account please contact us at orders@linerzinserts.com

All orders placed prior to 12pm PST will usually ship the same day, otherwise the next day or following the weekend, we do not ship during the weekend.

Out of country and overseas shipments may incur customs fees or duties.
